HR Strategist with a Focus on Workplace Adaptation and Rehabilitation

Do you want to be part of further developing a health and rehabilitation initiative that has been recognized at the national level? For several years, we have successfully worked to reduce sick leave, something that has been highlighted by SKR.

We are now looking for someone who wants to contribute to the next step in development and strengthen a modern and forward-looking health initiative with a clear impact on both employees and the organization.

About the Role and Your Responsibilities

As an HR strategist focusing on workplace adaptation and rehabilitation, you are a key person in the municipality's work towards the council's goal of reducing sick leave and enhancing health within the organization. You will manage and further develop the successful initiatives we have built, while also having the freedom to test new ideas and implement research and proven experience in practice.

In this role, you will, among other things:

  • develop and drive our established initiatives, such as group leadership guidance, health programs, and efforts related to mental health
  • improve and ensure the quality of the municipality's rehabilitation work, including routines and system support (Adato)
  • provide expert support to HR in the administrations for complex rehabilitation cases
  • conduct training for managers and HR – both digitally and in workshop format
  • collaborate closely with colleagues, occupational health services, and other external providers

Here you will have a role where you work both strategically and hands-on – and where your work directly affects people's workdays and health.

We Are Looking for You

We are looking for someone who combines solid knowledge in workplace adaptation and rehabilitation with a great curiosity and willingness to think outside the box.

We believe you have:

  • a university degree in HR or another relevant field
  • several years of experience in workplace adaptation and rehabilitation in an employer-side role
  • solid knowledge in the field of rehabilitation and associated legislation
  • experience in both operational and strategic work in a larger organization

As a person, you are engaged, solution-focused, and confident in your skills. You enjoy driving work forward, finding new paths, and making things happen. You are pedagogical, good at building trust, and thrive in the role of advisor, educator, and development driver.

We Offer You

With us, you will have a meaningful role where your work has a concrete and direct impact on the health and workdays of employees and managers. You will be part of an unpretentious team with high competence, close collaboration, and a lot of energy – a work environment where we support each other, share knowledge, and develop together.

You will have a significant mandate to develop, test, and drive new working methods and ideas in an organization that truly prioritizes health work and stands behind the initiatives. Here you have the opportunity to contribute to an organization that is at the forefront nationally and continues to develop a modern, brave, and evidence-based health initiative.

Do you want to help continue building one of Sweden's most modern and successful municipal health initiatives? Then we look forward to your application!

As an employee with us, you will be offered a range of benefits focusing on balance, security, and health. About Us

You will belong to HR Development and Strategic Support, which is organized into two municipality-wide units at the municipal office responsible for the municipality's common HR issues. Together, the units consist of about 20 employees with broad expertise in areas such as labor law, work environment, recruitment, training, and follow-up. Our two units have shared leadership and work closely together. We apply a flexible work model with both office and remote work, and our modern premises are located directly adjacent to Lund Central Station.

Approximately 400 employees work in strategic functions at the municipal office. Together, we ensure that the municipality is an efficient and modern organization. We are currently on an exciting development journey with the goal of serving as a driving force in the development of the entire organization, where we take responsibility for the whole and focus on the best interests of the citizens.

About the Recruitment Process

We work with ongoing selection and therefore recommend that you submit your application as soon as possible. Due to the Christmas and New Year holidays, the application period has been extended. The first interviews via Teams will take place in weeks 2 - 3, and final interviews on-site in week 4. We ask you to plan your availability.

In this recruitment process, we have chosen to remove the personal letter and replaced it with selection questions. Your answers will be an important part of our selection process.
